Hello and thank you for your interest in ByLingaLooks. I have developed a thorough service policy to ensure that all clients receive the time and attention they deserve and have paid for. Please review my policies below and don't hesitate to contact me if you have additional questions before booking at bylingal@yahoo.com.

ALL POINTS BELOW ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE:

-A non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required in order to confirm your appointment and will go toward your total at the end of the service. You will pay the remainder at the end of your appointment. PayPal, Zelle, or cash are the only appropriate forms of payment. I do not accept CashApp or Venmo.

-Clients must be at least 12 years old in order to be serviced.

-Due to COVID, NO additional company (unless they are being serviced) and no children. If they come, they will have to wait in the car or outside. Additional company (as long as they have a service booked) must be approved PRIOR to your appointment, not at the door. This person must stay outside until the time of their appointment. The only "in-process" filming allowed is for make up services.

-A 15 minute grace period is allowed for all clients. If exceeded, there will be a late fee of $15 added for every 10 minutes you are late, and your appointment is subject to cancellation after the grace period. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are running late to ensure that the next client's time is not infringed upon.

-You are allowed to reschedule a new appointment one time prior to 24 hours of the original appointment time. This can only be done online, using your confirmation link. Please do not text, email, or DM me for a reschedule. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit is not transferrable, and you must schedule a new appointment with deposit. This is a strict policy, but is for the benefit of all clients, new and returning.

-Any original appointments booked on national holidays are subject to a $25 surcharge. All appointments booked outside of studio hours (before 9am and after 6pm), and last minute (fitting you in day of) will occur a $25 fee and must be discussed prior to booking.

-All travel services must be within a 30 mile radius of Fairburn, GA (30213). If you book the service and the location exceeds the mileage, there is a charge of $25 for every 10 miles past this area.
